He is survived by : his sons, James C. Billings (Jackie) and John Billings (Brenda); his grandchildren, Michael (Jen), Lori (Colby), Bryan (Jen) and Matt (Bayli); his great grandchildren, Riley, Tyler, Emilie, Ella, Sydney, Audrey, Ethan, Ayden and Austin; his siblings, Velma Dirks, Rosie Webber, Helen Lombard, Lillian Morava, Keith Billings and Gene Billings; and his caregivers, Lydia Escobedo, Danny Escobedo, Irma Escobedo, Darlene Romero and Randy Romero.
