It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bob Jones of Dripping Springs, Texas, who passed away on September 30, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Elery and Fern Jones; and his siblings, Walter and Joy Jones. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Jones; his brothers, Richard Jones and Donald Jones (Maurine); his children, Christi Masters (Brian) and Jeremy Jones (Tiffany); and his grandchildren, Ethan, Daniel, Evan and Hannah. He is also survived by many extended family members and countless church friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harrell Funeral Home of Dripping Springs (100 Heritage Oaks Dr, Austin, TX 78737). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Canyon Church (4000 E. Hwy. 290, Dripping Springs, TX 78620).
