She was predeceased by : her parents, Helma Geiger (Pietz) and Anton Geiger; and her husband David Horn. She is survived by : her sons, Kirk (Crystal), Eric and Joel Meja; and her brothers, Tony Geiger and Paul Geiger. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and numerous other relatives, friends.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (12286 US-377, Dublin, TX 76446).
