He was predeceased by: his parents, Connie Orval Fair and Altha Pauline Thiebaud Fair. He is survived by: his wife Gloria June Ratliff; his brother Jimmie Neal Fair; his daughter Pam (Keith Van Horne); his grandchildren, Tiffany and Nathan; his daughter Darlene Fair; his granddaughter Connie Renae; his daughter Diane (Trey Tovar); and his grandchildren, Payton and Tanner.
