Worth; his wife Hollye Melton; his siblings, Jeff Lewis (Michelle) of De Leon, Merry Wells of Dublin and Marcy Hernandez of Dublin; and his grandchildren, Rayden and Madison. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
