He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Nathan Griggs and Anna Vivian Easterling. He is survived by: his wife Carole Griggs; his stepchild Cy Bellamy of Kingsley; his stepgrandchild Shaylee; and his stepdaughter Kimberlee Bellamy of Dublin, Texas.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and several cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cottonwood Baptist Church (273 Co Rd 527, Dublin, TX 76446). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
