He was predeceased by: his daughter Lilly Miranda Godfrey. He is survived by: his children, Holly Black, Rachele Vela (Rick) and Kendra Pena (Lou); his siblings, Gerry Fortune and Robert Godfrey; his grandchildren, Grace, Cassidy, Feliz, Allie'Cin, Clarence, Jayden, Kamie, Kandace (James), Lauren, Marissa, Derek, Icesis and Nathaniel; and his great grandchildren, Sutton, Emmy, James Jr., Alania, Hades and Inari. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
