He was predeceased by: his parents, I. C. Duncan and Minnie Claire Meroney; his brother Johnny Duncan; and his son Lee Gardenhire Tommy. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sue Rinehart of Dublin, Texas.; and his children, Tom Richard Duncan of Medina, Robert Lewis Duncan of Dublin, Texas., Lacey Jay Duncan of Houston, Lina Ann Duncan of Dublin, Theresa Ann Collinsworth of Kansas City, Sherri Lynn Stokes of Monitou Springs, Debbie Sue Williams of Seagoville and Christie Vann of Cleburne.
