He is survived by: his wife Patricia Maxine Bittner of Dumas; his children, Richard Allen Bittner (Ee-Oon) of Cypress, Lorraine Kay Tomblin of Carlsbad, NM. and Arlene Fay Maxwell (Brett) of Frisco; his brother Paul Bittner; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Daniel, Jessica, Jake, Lyndsay and Jerrod. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
