She is survived by: her mother Hazel Meeds; her husband Neil Hoffman; her daughters, Lacie Hoffman, Jessica Hoffman (Jason), Stephanie Daffern (Matt) and Ashley Hoffman (Caroline); her grandchildren, Matthew, Liam, Nicholette, Brady, Ryleigh, Parker, BraeLynn, Brandon, Blayke, Maekenna, Anistyn, Tripp and Jett; and her brother Russell Meeds. She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
