He is survived by: his daughters, Sandy Deneke (Don Yeandle) of Grandview, Latana Byrd (Andrew Duarte) of Kannapolis, NC. and Connie Byrd Belbeck (Joe) of Missouri; his grandchildren, Chyenne, Tason, Taislee and Tidus; and his siblings, Larry Byrd (Mary Ann), Patricia Smith, Fern Page, Carolyn "Cacka" McGee, Gloria "Goey" Adams and Rhodora "Dodo" Alberty.
