She was predeceased by: her parent Agapita Perez; her husband Simon Munoz; and her brother Augustine Perez. She is survived by: her children, Marco Munoz (Linda) of Dumas, TX, Gabriel Munoz (Berta) of Dumas, TX, Simon Munoz (Sofia) of Dumas, TX, Ursula Amaya of Dumas, TX, Juan Munoz of Dumas, TX, Sara Munoz of Dumas, TX, Julio Munoz of Dumas, TX and Shelby Carbajal of Plainview, TX; and her siblings, Guadalupe Perez and Jose Perez. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and many other extended family.
