She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Janke and Leona Janke (Ready); and her siblings, Julie, Jane, Joyce, Jerome and Jerry.
She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, Joseph Hebert (Dana) of Spring, TX, James W. "Billy" Smith, Jr. (Raquel) of San Antonio, TX and Brittany Smith (Chris) of Dayton, OH; and her siblings, Janice Longtine (Orris) of Lake Park, MN, Jeannette Gunderson of Grand Forks, ND and Julian Janke (Connie) of Frazee, MN. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Morrison Memorial Chapel (1015 S Dumas Ave, Dumas, TX 79029).
