He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Henry and Kittie Frances Bice (Byrd); and his siblings, Quinton Madison Bice, Joe Henry Bice, Jr., James Ray Bice, Lillie Mae Showers, Geneva Showers and Jettie Lou Scheulen.

He is survived by : his wife Kathy; his children, Christie Causey (Matt) of Broken Arrow, OK, Frankie Wehlman (David) of Katy, TX, Lori White of Katy, TX and Roy Bice of Dumas, TX; and his brother Floyd Bice (Delores) of Mabank, TX. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wood-Haggard Funeral Home (508 Monroe St, Deport, TX 75435). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
