She was predeceased by : her parents, H. R. Packebush and Bonnie Packebush; her husband John McFarren; and her brother Dean Packebush. She is survived by : her daughters, Kelly Satterfield (Darall) of Dumas and Karla McCallie (Brent) of Pottsboro, TX; her grandchildren, Kara Owens (Roger) of Tulsa, OK, Lacy Hugg (Shawn) of Dumas, TX and Cade McCallie (Katie Beth) of San Antonio, TX; her great grandchildren, Nona and Darla Grace Owens of Tulsa, OK; and her stepchildren, Robin McFarren of Fort Worth, TX and Veda Thomas (Todd) of Piedmont, OK.
Alzheimer's disease stole many things from Sara over the years.
