He was predeceased by: his mother Nelda Crutchfield Smith; and his sister Lisa Kay Smith. He is survived by: his father Roger Smith of Stinnett; his wife Laura Wilson of Dumas; his sons, Chris Smith (Jodee) of Fritch and Caleb Smith (Cara) of Iowa Park; his grandchildren, Jasper, Bailey and Addie; his siblings, Dale Smith of Maui, Hawaii and Chanté Sims (Rusty) of Stinnett; his brothers-in-law, Kelly Wilson (Misty) of Weatherford and Frank Wilson (Suzi) of Conroe, Texas; his nephew Logan Sims of Stinnett; and his nieces, Lisa Hall (Kayle) of Stinnett, Mackenzie Parkhill (Clint) of Mineral Wells, Mollie Waller (Blaize) of Des Moines and Cassie Wilson of Conroe.
