Phillips; her grandchildren, Kevin Ray Phillips (Kathryn), Thomas Daniel Weir (Melody), Jodi Cheri Puhlick (Dan), Jennifer Gay Jorrie (Jim Jorrie), Ashlee Nicole Jolly (Patrick), Jaala Dawn Cox (Michael Embry) and Jason Brent Poole (Morgan); her great grandchildren, Gaylen Sumrall (Shea), Kyle Jorrie (Lauren), Tyler Puhlick (Savannah), Justin Stevens (Ashley), Donevyn Strain, Jackson Phillips, Peyton Puhlick, Garrett Stevens, Helen Phillips, Jakob Strain, Ethan Weir, Katy Spence Phillips, Reagan Cox and Carleigh Puhlick; and her great great grandchildren, Emersyn, Nora, Solomon Sumrall, Silas, Gemma Jorrie, Preslie, Paityn Jolly and Wyatt Stevens.
