With great sadness, we announce the death of David Martinez Gonzales, Sr. (Eagle Pass, Texas), born in Plainview, Texas, who passed away on December 23, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. David M. Gonzales, 74, of Eagle Pass, TX, passed away on December 23, 2022. He is survived by his current wife, Sylvia Felan; his sons, David Gonzales, Jr., and wife, Cynthia of Plainview, TX; Robert Gonzales of Kress, TX; Marcos Gonzales, and wife, Chantelle of Amarillo, TX; his daughters, Catherine Swanger of Amarillo, TX; Lisa Ramirez, and husband, Sammy of Floydada, TX; and Sylvia Gonzales of Amarillo, TX; 19 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren also survive him. Visitation was held Wednesday, December 28, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. He was cremated and later buried.
