He was predeceased by: his parents, Domingo Guardiola and Olga Gonzalez; and his brothers, Armando, Arnoldo, Adalberto, Erubiel, Guadalupe and Hector.
He is survived by: his daughter Yadira Yamilet Guardiola Rangel; and his brothers, Javier, Jose Angel, Mario Alfonso and Jesus Guardiola. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and good friends.
