In the sacred silence of farewell, Edmund is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Edmund's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wesley Wade and Ella Ida Wade (Leeder); and his siblings, Annie Belle Wade and William George Wade. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Wade of Brownwood; his sons, David Wade (Hilda) of Corpus Christi and Jim Wade (Kim Wade) of Saginaw; his brothers, John Wade of Brownwood and Joseph (Janice Wade) of Zephyr; and his grandchildren, Chelsea, Ethan and Emmy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Heartland Funeral Home (303 Early Blvd, Early, TX 76802).
