Elsie Dansbee Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Elsie Dansbee of Early, Texas. Elsie, born on December 13, 1931, passed away on September 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Driskill and Ruby Gentry Driskill; her husband Doyle Wayne Dansbee; her daughters, Karen Grozier and Jan Coffey; and her siblings, Lucille Easterling, Forest Driskill, J. W. Driskill, Opal Rowland, Jewell Harris, Wayne Driskill, Paul Driskill and Margie Davis.
She is survived by: her daughter Pam; her sons-in-law, Ron McCullough, Terry Grozier and Michael Schlee; her grandchildren, Josh, Tammy McCullough, Jacob, Stephanie McCullough, Jonathan, Brittany McCullough, Daniel, Renee Feemster, Kristen Coffey and Kolby Coffey; and her great grandchildren, Owen Huntsinger, Georgia McCullough, Caleb McCullough, Brooklynn McCullough, Selah McCullough, Hunter McCullough, Samantha McCullough, Emma Bishop, Christian Williams and Hayden Feemster. She is also survived by Nana, leaves her family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Early First Baptist Church (103 Garmon Dr, Early, TX 76802). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Good Samaritan Ministries, an organization Elsie faithfully supported for many years.
