He is survived by: his sisters, Holly Tabor (Craig) of Nixa, MO and Shannon (Jared); his sister-in-law Rhonda Malicoat; his cousin Sam; and his friends, Jay Longley and Jesus. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and longtime friends.
