He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddie Folk and Lurana Folk; and his sister Dorothy. He is survived by: his wife Sue Spivey Folk; his children, Dianne Stukey (Larry), Jody Folk and Melissa Keene; his grandchildren, Jared Stukey (Michelle), Joe Stukey (Marian), Jace Stukey (Amanda), Haley Musgrove (Randy), Hannah Cange (Colin), Heather Jenkins (Colby), Jordan Keene, Justin Keene (Sandy) and Jacob Keene (Sydni); and his sister Freida Pipes. He is also survived by twenty-one great-grandchildren.
