He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Blake and Sue Blake; his brothers, Bill Blake and Roger Blake; and his son Will Blake.
He is survived by: his son Christoper Michael Blake; his wife Pam; his siblings, Beverly Norris (Larry) and Paul; and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Rich (Les) and Loma Blake. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to CASA, Good Samaritan or First Baptist Church, Brownwood.
