He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Stephan and Virginia Stephan of Marietta, Ohio; his brothers, Dave Stephan of Marietta, Ohio and Rick Stephan of Coolville, Ohio; and his sons-in-law, Ruvin Aguilar of Midland, Texas and Jon Hughes of Midland, Texas..
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Marie Ritchie; his children, Vicki Millstead (Tom) of Midland, Texas, Sherri Meadows (Bill) of Stoutsville, Ohio, Tammie Hughes of Midland, Texas and Thomas Stephan (Jan) of Midland, Texas; and his sister Karen Jameson of Parkersburg. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
In remembrance of our hero, Thomas Stephan, donations can be given to Kelview Heights Baptist Church in Midland, Texas or Wounded Warriors.
