He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd B. Bills and Glenn M. Bills (Moore); his wife Loretta Cole; his daughter Deniece Clifton; and his sister Hilda B. Husted.
He is survived by : his daughters, Jen Daniel (David) of Vancouver and Lesia Whisenhunt (Ronnie) of Denver City, Texas; his son-in-law Randy Clifton of Gatesville, Texas; and his brothers, Carlis Bills of Lubbock and Doyal Bills of Spring, Texas. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
