She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Ussery and Fay Ussery; her husband Ronald; her sisters, Reva, Neva, June Bills and Pat Boyd; and her nephew De Stiles.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Templeton (David) of Earth, Texas, Bob Cleavinger (Barbara) of Lubbock, Texas, John Cleavinger (Shirley) of Amarillo and Dave Cleavinger (Lynne) of Levelland, Texas; and her close friend Sherry Hayden. She is also survived by her thirteen grandchildren, thirty-seven great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
