He was predeceased by: his wife Melisa "Lisa" Sliva (Labay); and his sister-in-law Debbie Sliva. He is survived by: his parents, Gilbert Sliva and Sidonia Sliva (Drabek) of Richmond, Texas.; his sons, Ben Sliva (Kelli) and Bradley Sliva (Phuc); his granddaughters, Adielynn and Peyton Sliva; and his siblings, Michael Sliva (Susan), Diann Zwahr (Karl), Kenneth Sliva and Karen Vacek (Chris). He is also survived by many aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, as well as many friends.
The family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to a charity of their choice in his memory.
