He is survived by: his children, Alan, Agapito, Juan, Anthony, Jim, Edgar Castillo, Erica and Ailleen Castillo; and his siblings, Agapito Castillo, Maria Romo, Lupe Castillo, Guadalupe Castillo and Minerva Castillo. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Amador Funeral Home -Edcouch (213 E Santa Rosa Ave, Edcouch, TX 78538). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Theresa of Infant Jesus Catholic Church (200 Salazar St, Edcouch, TX 78538). A burial will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Val Verde Cemetery (6200 Val Verde Rd, Donna, TX 78537).
