He is survived by: his wife Silvia Salinas; his children, Felipe, Luis Rey Salinas, Gabina, San Juanita and Oneida Salinas; and his siblings, Francisco, Teodoso Salinas and Maria of Jesus Guajardo. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 1 greatgrandchild.
Viewing was held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Amador Funeral Home -Edcouch (213 E Santa Rosa Ave, Edcouch, TX 78538). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 8:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Val Verde Cemetery (6200 Val Verde Rd, Donna, TX 78537).
