She is survived by: her children, Richard "Skip" Forrest Phillips Jr. (Carol), Nancy Phillips Erickson and Tracey Phillips Yardley (Robert McKay); and her grandchildren, Forrest Phillips (Lindsey), Katelyn Richards (Nathan), Scott Phillips (Annaliese), Amy Joy Erickson, Reed Erickson (Christina), Colin Phillips (Natalie), Annie Yardley and Turner Yardley (Ashley). She is also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews.
