She is survived by: her husband Bill Hendrix; her children, Kurt Hendrix (Brandi) and Mimi Hendrix (Brad Dominy); her grandchildren, Paige Hendrix Guthrie, Cameron Leath, Carson Leath and Casey Leath; her great grandchildren, Jantz Guthrie, Juelz Guthrie and Aurora Leath; and her cousin Pattye Tadlock.

In place of flowers, donations may be made to Small Cemetery in Edgewood, Texas, in memory of Luan.
