Though Wanda may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Wanda touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Edward Hogue and Bernice Hazelwood Hogue; and her siblings, Robert D. "Hoppy" Hogue, James E. "Pete" Hogue, Wilton Hogue and Brenda Rhea.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Lee Whaley (Kim) and James Hogue (Shannon); and her granddaughters, Brittany Russell (family: Silas Whaley, Abigail Whaley, Bobby Hogue) and Katelyn Moos. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
