He was predeceased by: his son Celedonio Solis Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Maria Solis; and his daughters, Deyanara Solis, Leonor Solis, Etelvina Solis (Juan Torres) and Yadira Solis (Jorge Saaverda). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
