He was predeceased by: his parents, Estanislao Osuna and Sara Osuna. He is survived by: his children, Yvette Alonzo (Roel) and Jesus "Jesse" Ozuna (Valerie); his grandchildren, Valeria Alonzo, Noah Alonzo, Ethan Alonzo, Elise Ozuna and Elena Ozuna; and his sisters, Maurelina Osuna (Juventino), Pola Moreno (Jorge), Gela Alonzo (Ramiro), Janie Melendez (Francisco) and Fifi Acevedo (Jose). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
