He is survived by: his children, Margarita L. Byrum (Rayburn), Pablo Lopez (Esmeralda), Asusena Lopez, Elio Lopez (Elia), Cristina Lopez, Saul Lopez (Diana) and Eloy Lopez (Sandy); his grandchildren, Arabella Lopez, Lillian Lopez and Diego Lopez; his siblings, Jesus Lopez, Roble Garza, Estela Lopez and Asusena Rodriguez; and his sister-in-law Carmelita Lopez.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home - Edinburg (208 E Canton Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A rosary was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (215 N 16th Ave, Edinburg, TX 78541).
