John Mac Steele Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on March 4, 2022, at the age of 73, John Mac Steele of Edinburg, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Violet Brown (Steele) and Howard William Steele; and his close friend Lynn Marie Steele (Weldon). He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Lynn Herring (Steele) and Jacquelyn Ann Steele; his son-in-law Ryan R. Herring; his granddaughters, Dayanna Lynn Herring, Lynden Marie Herring and Violet Lynn Curfman; and his brothers, James William Steele (Jim) and Thomas Michael (Mike). He is also survived by brother and sisters in-law, his nieces and numerous nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Palm Valley Animal Shelter.

And if you just have to send flowers....his daughters ask that you send plants.
