Bartly; his siblings, Orlando Bartly and Orelia Bartly; and also, Errol Bartly, Vesta Bartly, Walter Bartly, Marta Bartly, Ligia Holmes, Sylvia Gordon, Vilma Simpson, Jacqueline Simpson, Elvis Grant and Randall Grant. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, friends and his church family.
