He is survived by: his wife Danielle Shavon Deckard; his children, Tanya Lysbeth Deckard, Thomas Ray Deckard II (Miriam), Maribel Borrego, Brianna Borrego, Albert Borrego, Shanice Washington and Jayden Washington; and his siblings, Carol Denman (Ken), Terry Alberts (Clarence), Michael Deckard (Belinda), Brenda Villarreal, Russell Deckard and James Deckard (Susana). He is also survived by two grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
