She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Mikus and Laura Franz Mikus Miller; her husband David Gordon Roades of Ganado; her sisters-in-law, Shirley Mattocks and Peggy Roades; and her great grandchild Harrison Webel.
She is survived by: her children, Yvonne Janssen (Brent Walker) of Edna, TX, Lana Webel (William "Scooter") of Victoria, TX, La Wanda McCormick (Jim) of Victoria, TX, Vee Strauss (Nick) of La Ward, TX, Dee Darilek (James) of Edna, TX and Oren Roades (Stacie) of Aubrey, TX.; her sister Ruth Miori (Pat) of Inez, TX; and her grandchildren, Erin Zarosky (Derek), Haley Willemin (Justin), Hayden Webel (Morgan), Grady Atkinson (Sarah), Lauren Kieschnick (Keith), Katlyn Berrettini (Eric), Nicholas Strauss (Kyla), Staci Klimitchek (Karsen), Carson Darilek (Kristin Dierlam), Shane Darilek, Oliver Roades, Charlie Roades, Madyson Moore (Levi), Will Croom and Jack Croom. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Slavik Funeral Home (209 N Allen St, Edna, TX 77957). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church (185 Kolle St, Inez, TX 77968). A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at the Hirschhauser Cemetery.
