He was predeceased by : his parents, Apolinar Garza Sr. and Feleciana Juarez Garza; his sister Lilia Jacinto; and his son-in-law Raymond Cecil Cisneros. He is survived by : his wife Dolores Garza; his children, Margaret Cisneros and Lee Roy Garza; his daughter-in-law Barbara Garza; his sister Olga Garza; and his grandchildren, Adrian Cisneros, Jason Cisneros, Trevor Garza and Taylor Garza.
