She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Albert Joseph Randall and Bessie Lee Singleton Randall; her children, Dorothy Ann McKinney and Louis Randall Tipton; her grandchildren, Kelly Lynn Bordelon (Darren), Brian David Tipton (Sarah) and Adam Terrell Tipton (Stephanie); her spouse Foy A Todd; and her stepchildren, David A Todd (Darlene), Linda Fay Koop (Francis) and Susan Ann Griffith (Glenn).
