It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Wayne Windsor of Edna, Texas, born in Wheelock, Texas, who passed away on May 3, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his wife Edna; his brother Thomas Windsor; his former life partner Marion Janett; his siblings, Louise, Dorothy, Joe, Dalton and Covey; his daughter Cynthia; his stepchildren, Karen, Sharon and Brian; and his grandchildren, Eric, Brianna, Jayme, Gabby, Casey, Keegan and Rachael. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Billy has requested donations be made to your favorite Veterans charity.
