She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Clark and Margery Sheppard Clark; her former husband Bobby Durham; her husband Stroman Ullman; her brother Everal Clark (Butch); her son-in-law Mark Dusek; and her great great grandchild Krew Koch.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Durham (Linda), Peggy Hasdorff (Rick), Patricia Dusek and Lori Muschalek (John); and her sister Karen Eardley (John). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
