She was predeceased by: her parents, Dovie Kyle and Lee Roy Kyle; and her siblings, Lester, Carl, Ernest, Jimmie, Charles, Lora Mae and Patricia.
She is survived by: her husband William August Ehlert (Bill); and her children, William Michael Ehlert, Merry Ehlert Lahti, Marty Ehlert and Mark Steven Ehlert. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, and cousins.
Because of JoAnn's love of books, the family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Jackson County Memorial Library or a library of your choice.
