He was predeceased by: his parents, Concepcion "Conso" Lugo, Sr. and Beatrice Garza Lugo Calvario; and his siblings, Janie Hellan Trevino, Mary Sally Spicer, Clemencia Lugo, Rosie Beatrice Baez, Felix Lugo, Concepcion "Conso" Lugo, Jr. and Nicholas Lugo.
He is survived by: his siblings, Margarita Lopez and Joe Robert Lugo, Sr.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
