Ronald DeBord Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2025, at the age of 72, Ronald DeBord of Edna, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ronald DeBord to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rube DeBord Jr. and Eva Johnson DeBord; his friend Ronnie Brothers; and his siblings, Rube DeBord III (Bebo), Jimmy Dale DeBord and Patty DeBord Young.
He is survived by: his wife BJ DeBord; his children, Michael Brent DeBord (Shelby) of Victoria, Todd DeBord (Mollie) of Beeville and Stephanie DeBord Hadley (Tim) of Edna; his grandchildren, James Michael, Caleigh, McKenna, Lorelai, Caroline, William DeBord, Matthew, Cody and Meaghan Hadley; his siblings, Rhonda DeBord Keith and Billy; his sister-in-law Rhonda White; his cousin Linda (Ronny Jahn); and his daughter Elizabeth Girndt.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Redeemer Lutheran Church (504 Dugger St, Edna, TX 77957). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of South Texas, Redeemer Lutheran Church, or Donor's Choice.
