She was predeceased by: her parents, Verdon Kidd and Edna Jo Harrison Kidd; her brother Richard Earl Kidd; and her daughter Sherry Lynn Copeland. She is survived by: her husband Ray Tew of Edom; her children, Walter Tew, Jr. of Chandler and Monica; her son-in-law Wesley Price of Edom; her sisters, Katherine Kidd Nipp (Dwayne) of Edom and Penny Kidd Yura of Chandler; and her grandchildren, Holly Loftis, Hannah Tew and Jamey Copeland. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Edom Cemetery (8079 FM 279, Edom, TX 75754).
