He is survived by: his wife Dalpha Garrett of Ben Wheeler; and his children, Lance (Karen Garrett), Gene (Michele Garrett), Bubba (Renee Price) and Marqueta Palmer of Ben Wheeler. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and countless other family members and friends.
