He is survived by: his wife Casey Lea Wells; his children, Braden Lee Wells, EmmaLea Jean Wells, Levi Joseph Wells, Austin Lee Siegfried, Hannah Vaught and Chase Vaught; his parents, Cindy Wells and Tom Wells; his siblings, William Wells and Shiela Wells; his aunts and uncles, Sandy, Audrey, Jenny, Donna, Janice, Marvin, Jerry, Lance and Ray; and his nieces and nephews, Trishell, Mataya, Allandra, Rheanna, Brielle, Rylee, Neveah, Preston, Jacob, Parker, Jaxson, Slade, Devdan, Ethan and Grant.
